Your country of residency might have a Panamanian Consulate that can help you find out if you will need a visa or not.  chances are good all that you will need is a tourist card, which is valid for a month.  If you are thinking of staying for at least 90 days, then you can go to the Immigration and naturalization Office located in Panama City.  You must submit your request for an extension at least 7 days prior to your 30 days expiring.</font></font></font></p>
